Can You Write? If So, Maybe You’ll Be Interested In This!

I’m working on that new blog, some of you already know about it. It’s going to be a multi-authored blog, on which I will write probably 2-3 posts a week, and I’m looking for people to contribute and write on this blog on a regular basis, people that have knowledge and strong skills on the following topics:
What i’m looking for is not people to write 2-3 articles a day, I realize that most of us already run a blog, or even more than one.
I already have 3 (maybe 4) people interested in writing for this new blog. But I’m looking for like 7 to 9 people total. This blog will be heavily promoted on social networking and community sites. All the writers will have their picture, bio and link(s) to their other blog(s) on the “writers” page. So you’ll get traffic from this blog, and a link back (many links back), and eventually (pretty soon I hope) recieve e-mails from paypal to let you know you got money in your account :)
This is not a one-time “guest blogging” thing, although I will be looking for some guest writers to post on there maybe once or twice a month.
I cannot give you guyz/galz the URL just yet, since we’re still in the process of tweaking the blog, and fixing some bugs, but please contact me and we’ll talk about it, I will make sure i reply to you within 2 days. Even if you’re not sure it’d be good for you, contact me anyway, and I’ll give you more details, and the URL so you can have a look at it. Please provide a URL where I can read samples of posts you wrote, your blog URL will do just fine.
On a side note, the “blog jobs board” should be ready pretty soon, still figuring out and fixing some bugs, I will e-mail the people who showed interest in this real soon, probably next week.

Congrats on starting this new project! It sounds like it is going to be wonderful, and you are starting out the gate with a growth strategy already in place - good for you!
I can’t wait to see the finished product and I’ll definitely be signing up for the RSS feed immediately.
I’ve got a total of 3 blogs now that I am the sole writer on, and I’m getting ready to start a 4th with two other writers.
When I’m not writing, I do heavy scientific research on cloning processes for the busy full-time blogger! :)
Hey Aaron, i wanna get that $100 for the 10,000 fists to freedom thing you have on your blog. I wrote $3000 in revenues in the next 90 days, gotta do what it takes ;)

Congrats on the new project. I have 3 blogs and just do not have time to write for all of ‘em. I wonder how some of these people with 5 and 6 blogs find the time to write!

Regarding that new blog, we all have other projects, so it’s ok if you can’t write 2-3 posts per week, 1 post per week is fine, it can be pretty much anything, from a quick photoshop tutorial and tips, to a full lenght article on the print business. anyway I will send you an e-mail today or tomorrow to give you a little more details. Regarding the little bio…I think many people find it very difficult to write about themselves. I’ve got an article and free template called “How to Write a Short Bio” that makes it much easier. You can see the full template here…

I would really like it if you could write up about how you set up the blog. I have a site which used to be a shop and want to turn it into a blog about beauty, fashion and health. I don’t want to write it all myself, so thought about getting a team together.
I don’t want to pay bloggers per post so thought of allowing them 100% of the profit generated via their post (ie adsense and affiliate income) and I would make money from the sidebar (ie text links and affiliate banners).
Does that sound like a good idea?

April, hey good idea, I will definitely write a post on how I set up the blog and found writers. Having a team is really nice, as most of us already have our other blog(s), which already take some time to manage.
I think letting writers put their adsense code in their post is a great idea, I haven’t thought about that, sounds like a good idea, if all the writers agree with it. I’m just not sure if it’s all fine on Adsense’s side I’ll have a look at their TOS and see.

All I know is that articler.com allows you to rotate your adsense id with theirs. It’s been months since I added an article there so it may have changed.
I also think hubpages allows you to put in your adsense id.
You’re right, I have a hubpages account, and they do allow people to put their adsense ids. But I wanna make sure it’s fair for all the writer, I’ll have to think about this and to check if everyone has an adsense account. But it sounds like a good idea. ;)
