Simply Successful Secrets

Aaron from Today Is That Day tagged me!

Actually “tag” may be replaced by something like “Aaron let me know about his study, and i found it was a brillant idea so that’s why i’m participating, and his site rocks“!

So who is that guy, and what does he do? Well first let me introduce you to Aaron and tell you a little about his site!

His site/blog is about empowerment, self-improvement and learning/education! And those 3 together is what makes Aarons’ blog so valuable and helpful and an overall must read to me! Seriously, there’s is something like 56 or 57 million of blogs out there (!!!), and i have only about 25 blogs in my RSS list! And Today Is That Day is one of them!

So what is this study all about?
You might have guessed by the title of this blog post, that it’s about success and secrets! Well simply put the goal is to have many people (successful or not, but who wants to improve) write about the things they do everyday to help them reach their goals. So the way to do this is to simply write a new blog post, and write about 5 to 10 things we do everyday that helps us be more successful, so we can share what we know and what we do, and learn from others! (Which is always the way to go! Study successful people and it’ll help you be more successful!) The goal here is to improve ourselves!

If you want to read more about Aarons’ study you can read the whole story on his blog (And i encourage you to read his other posts also! You will find loads of useful informations on there!)

So visit Simply Successful Secrets on Today Is That Day and read more on there, and you can also participate, the more people that will share their knowledge and their ways of doing things, the better we will all become!

simply successful secrets

So heres’a list of the things i do every single day that helps me improve myself:

  • Writing: I can spend at least 2 to 3 hours a day writing, either on smartwealthyrich.com or writing articles. It simply helps me get better at it, improve my writing skills, and get things “out of my head”, putting your thoughts on paper (or online) is a great way to evolve and improve, you can easily come back later and read it again, and see what you improved since!
  • Reading: I also read a lot, either on blogs, articles, or books and ebooks, i love reading about self-improvement and also marketing and some more technical stuff like web development and stuff like that. Reading is a source of motivation, and it’s also a passion for me!
  • Playing Guitar: I’ve been playing guitar since 1994 (played in many bands before, and we’re recording an album now, which should be out say in the summer), and since then, not a day has passed that i did not play, i play guitar every single day! And i surely will for the rest of my life! I love to create, interact with other musicians, share my passion for music, express myself through the guitar! Sometimes music can mean more that it is possible to express with words!
  • Taking Breaks: Yeah sometimes you just have to put everything aside and take a break, usually it’s a much needed break! Just go outside, take a walk, enjoy the sun, and breath fresh air! It does wonder on your mood, and helps focus more! When you go back to work after, you can definatly say you’re more productive, and you enjoy it more!
  • Enjoying: I enjoy everything i do! If i don’t enjoy it, there’s no point in doing it, unless it can help me move foward, but most often when you enjoy what you’re doing, that means you are actually moving foward! I try to be grateful for what i have, and show my appreciation whenever i can!
  • Talking and Listening: Well it simply feels great to talk about the things you love and listen to what others have to say, share and learn! Not a day passes by that i don’t have a good, meaningful and interesting discussion, either with my girlfriend, my best friend, my parents. Talking and listening is just incredibly useful, you can learn a lot by discussing/sharing with someone, get to know someone better, and get a better understanding of a particular subject!
  • Thinking: yeah sometimes i think way too much, but that is part of who i am, and i feel it helps me a lot in improving myself, i guess i just love to think, i usually try to focus on the solutions instead of the problems!
  • So that’s about it! So what do you do everyday that helps you move foward? Please share your thoughts, it can be helpful for other and for yourself! We can learn a lot just by sharing what we know, what we like, our thoughts!

    Take care!

Well, I don’t know what to be more grateful for:

      - That glowing introduction, or
      - The obvious enthusiasm that goes into your success secrets!

What a great list! Things like reading and writing have been very common answers, but I am also seeing a lot of people who are (correctly) getting outside of the box with things like art, music, quiet time, etc.

It looks like you are very much on track, Jonathan, both with the habits, and with the proper attitude!

Much obliged for your participation, as well as for your time spent reading the blog. I do my best to keep it as valuable as possible, and I truly appreciate your positive words about it! :)
