Building Your Business By Investing In People Rather Than Stuff: It’s no secret that most of the companies that failed and closed doors or are struggling financially invested in stuff instead of people. The employees are the life force of any company. Investing in people (the right people) rather than stuff is a no-brainer, but still a lot of companies don’t “get it“.

All your Expenses: Essential or Optional?: Are you spending money on non-essential stuff? Robin wrote an excellent post on the topic. Take care!

Robin’s post was really good. Too many optional expenses are a big burden. It’s like being trapped in a prison built of junk you never needed. And actually never really wanted.
Shane, I like the way you put it “a prison of junk“, we too often buy into “instant gratification” and usually forget that that stuff we spend money on isn’t necessary, Robin’s post is a good reminder of how most people manage their finances. :)
it is a great post, and yes it is very easy in theory and put to practice is a hard job. this is way sometimes it is good to pay to an outsider to consult
Hi, you’re right, someone else’s point of view and feedback can really help. There is a huge difference between theory and practice, good point.
