What would you like to see on the new design?

What plugins you use, or you think could be useful, buttons, layout, display… any input is really welcome!
The design that’s on right now is real fine, but i’ll be changing that to a single sidebar instead of the sidebar-content-sidebar layout! The sidebar will be on the right. Using Cutline theme (modified). I won’t be using sidebar widgets, cause it messes up with some things i want on the new design.
Also, regarding my blogroll in the actual left sidebar, i know it’s not “organized“, so i would like to have some input on that too, i’ll categorize the links… something like: self-improvement, blogging tips, marketing/advertising, seo, personal, others… etc…If your link is not in my blogroll, i’ll be happy to link to your blog (provided you linkback to mine in some way also).
I’ll also add a resources/recommanded products page. Do you think it would be a good idea? i might put it up anyway, for testing purposes, and see how it performs.
Rotating header, or single header image?
To archive or to not archive? Most people will never even check out your archives page anyway, so i’m thinking of putting just a sitemap. People usually don’t “read” but “scan” through your pages and posts.
I might also put back a “read more” link in my posts, to showcase more posts on a single page (especially on the front page), and increase page views. Gotta find a way to keep the full rss feed though, if anyone knows a way of doing this, please let me know! :)
I had a lot of help from Liz over at successful-blog and from other bloggers who replied to her post about my site and would like to thank all of you who gave me advices and tips, now i would just like to have some more input from my readers/visitors, so i can work on those things before i put the new design online! I have a “test website” also and i can give you the link if you ask me! :)

The current design is basically alright to me. I like a simple, easier to navigate kinda of design. If possible just try to avoid using too many color - two or three colors will do. The best blog theme in my opinion is still a 3 columns - with sidebar on the right.

Thing is with this design that’s on right now, i feel there’s always a little something wrong, and the way it is right now, i feel it’s not enough “content” oriented, i’ll try with a single sidebar and see how it goes! Hey by the way, howz your blog doing?
