How Would I Look Like If I Was A SouthPark Character

Kinda looks like me, the hair, the clothes, the guitar. But it’s not me that killed Kenny! :)
Check out the posts by Anthony, Clarke, Shane and Rob. Pretty funny!
My SouthPark Story
When I was in high-school, every single day you would hear someone say “you killed Kenny, you bastard“. That’s viral, when all the kids in school know and talk about your show, you can safely say you “got it“.
But apart from having a viral effect with kids and teens, the creators of SP also kinda redefined the cartoon world. You can read the story, how it all began, on the SouthPark Studio website. Matt and Trey, who created the first episode titled “Jesus vs Frosty” probably would never have thought it would be such a huge hit and that it would evolve and be as immensely popular as it is now! Well they did it, and it worked!
Your Turn To Talk
Do you sometimes have ideas that are so funny, or stupid that you think it would not work? You write it down, and then forget about it? Well, If Matt and Trey did this, they wouldn’t have achieved that level of success. I say, if you have a ridiculous or stupid idea, chances are it’s stupid enough to work. Just have to make it work! What do you think? Share your stupid and funny ideas with us! I think it’s gonna be fun!
Oh and by the way, wanna see how you’d look like if you were on SouthPark? check out the SP-Studio thing. And if you’re reading thing, you can consider yourself tagged! Post something on your blog, with your southpark pic and make people laugh, it’s stupid, it’s funny, and that’s why it works most of the times. Share your stupid ideas with us, a little creativity never hurt anyone! (from what I know) :)

Haha That’s awesome Jon
Matt and Trey really got it right. I don’t really watch the show, but whenever I’ve caught it, it never fails to make me laugh and shake my head at the same time.
Not a bad formula.
Hey Shane, thanx ! I was not sure about the guitar, whether to put the gibson-ish model or the flying-V-ish model, but I opted for the flying-V :)
Well I don’t watch TV, but I saw many episodes on the net, my favorite one is the world of warcraft serie, soo funny! Matt and Trey really got it!
Lots of dumb (so we think) ideas ended up making a lot of money. Just look at that milliondollarhomepage.com. Weird idea, but it got a ton of publicity… made him a lot of money. Then there was the whole JibJab policital movies… they were shown on tv and got a ton of publicity then got a huge deal with Yahoo.
Totally, the milliondollarhomepage was a huge success. When it’s marketed and promoted the right way, with the right intentions, and the right people, it usually works :)
I tried a derivative of the milliondollarhomepage idea, but it didn’t quite work out! My site was based on raising money for drought relief but the Aussie public didn’t quite take to it.
Crazier ideas tend to work better in the US in my opinion
Hey Andy, you bring a good point! Where in the world should one start a new crazy project? On the web it matters a little less than offline, since it can go viral and reach a worldwide audience pretty fast, but still I’m wondering. In the US it seems a lot of crazy (not always good) ideas will work.
humm, makes me think! :)
Oh man, that’s so you! The only thing I’d change is the facial expression… from getting to know you at SOBCon, you were smiling 90% of the time… :D
this is a pretty good idea… I gotts to do me one of these- great south park pic too!
Adam, hehe yeah, I can’t help the smiling :)
cottage, it’s a cool app, had lots of fun with it :)
Very true. The people who don’t succeed, are the people who don’t try.
